You get 3 hours building your business in-person (with a 30 minutes lunch break). That’s two and a half full hours working on you or your business, getting clear and strategic on what you want.
We spend time working on any of the following areas:
- Clarity (what you want to do for your business)
- Ideal client strategy (how to figure out who your ideal client is and how to attract them)
- Service or product development (determining what to create and how to get it out into the world)
- Managing clients (how to set expectations and monitor your deliverables)
- Personal Productivity (How to get more done in less time)
- Idea development (using various tools to develop your idea into a business)
